Bad Bunny, Kendrick Lamar e Lady Gaga se destacam na premiação

A 68ª edição do Grammy Awards aconteceu neste domingo, a partir das 22h (horário de Brasília), e se estendeu até a madrugada de segunda-feira (2). A cerimônia foi apresentada por Trevor Noah pelo sexto ano consecutivo.

A premiação celebrou as melhores gravações, composições e artistas lançados entre 31 de agosto de 2024 e 30 de agosto de 2025, conforme votação dos membros da Recording Academy. Neste ano, duas novas categorias foram incluídas: Melhor Álbum de Country Tradicional e Melhor Capa de Álbum, totalizando 95 prêmios.

Entre os momentos mais comentados da noite esteve a apresentação de Tyler, The Creator, que levou energia máxima a premiação com um medley de “Thought I Was Dead”, “Like Him” e “Sugar on My Tongue”. Sabrina Carpenter também se destacou com grande presença no palco, além de um avião no cenário durante a performance de “Manchild”. Outra novidade foi a sequência de apresentações dos oito indicados a Artista Revelação.

O grande nome da noite foi Kendrick Lamar, que saiu com cinco prêmios e se tornou o rapper mais premiado da história do Grammy. Ele venceu nas categorias Álbum de Rap do Ano, Gravação do Ano, Melhor Performance de Rap Melódico, Melhor Música de Rap e Melhor Performance de Rap.

Bad Bunny levou o principal troféu da cerimônia, Álbum do Ano, com DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, além de Álbum de Música Urbana e Melhor Performance Musical Global. Lady Gaga também teve uma noite de destaque, conquistando dois gramofones: Álbum Vocal Pop e Gravação de Dance Pop. Já Olivia Dean e Lola Young venceram seus primeiros Grammys da carreira.

Billie Eilish, Kehlani, Bad Bunny, Olivia Dean, entre outros cantores aproveitaram a visibilidade da premiação para criticar as ações do ICE (agência de imigração dos EUA). Diversos artistas usavam broches com “ICE OUT” e falaram sobre o assunto nos seus discursos, mostrando oposição ao governo Donald Trump e sua política migratória.
